The slogan "Sex sells" is fully applicable to the target group of the gaming industry. The Games Convention is an almost perfect platform to advertise new games and the companies hire Booth Babes to draw the visitors' attention. PCGH assembled a gallery with pictures of the GC 2008 Babes.

E3 was the biggest entertainment show in the world! Then more women attended and then people voted to get rid of the booth babes, and then E3 was cancelled after the next year!

Sometimes I don't get people on here! Ok, you say you aren't attracted to game characters...Ok I see! And now there are real women and people still have something negative to say...I really don't get it?

Yes these women don't look reserved as most, but each individual is meant to be judged in their own way! If you look at one female and form you whole opinion about women based on that one... then you need to get to know people more!

Wow 88 pictures. I was at the GC and judging by what I saw, they had to take a picture of every single babe walking around there. Great work PCGH ;). I only feel sorry for the photographer. With being so busy to take pictures of that many babes, he had to ignore the games for one day at least.

Seriously if i was at that convention center and a busty long haired blond walked up to me wearing "Tna Impact" undies and ask me "are you enjoying the game" I'd probably buy the frakken thing right now. Its Obvious the models could careless about the game there promoting but....they succeeded in selling (me = consumer) the idea & concept and that's what matters moist . So Regardless of how degrading the image of booth babes is they moist definitely have there uses. It really comes down to how well the company(s) can utilize all that sex appeal to sell their product.

So my point, I'm a sucker...for women in tight vibrant spandex attire and will undoubtedly buy anything there selling. XD

Geeks and nerds who are lacking in the sex department other than online stuff...... yea that's pretty much the case here. I'm married and i know its hard dealing with your women when you want to play a game or two online ( especially when there's only one plasma tv).

I know some anti social nerds and geeks and gaming is all they care about. The computer and internet is all they need to satisfy themselves, trust me the ones i know flat out admit it and don't care. Sad though because there's nothing like the real thing obviously. What is also sad, is that in my opinion, is that these geeks and nerds probably get more excited about the games more than the women when they see the booth babes marketing the product lmao.
