DSOGaming writes: "Our reader ‘Sean’ shared with us some comparison screenshots between the real-life actors and the in-game character models for Squadron 42. These comparison screenshots are based on the latest in-game trailer that Cloud Imperium released and show how detailed these character models actually are."
Welcome to March’s Squadron 42 development report. Enclosed you will find details on the latest progress made across the campaign, including planetary tech, ship behaviors, and fluff terminals.
If only we get a release date this year, but i think they will show new gameplay/trailer, at least i hope we get to play the game in 2025
Colored hairy pubes are now a thing ! See youi in 2456 when the game will be finished ... but you can still send us your money. Cheers
Star Citizen creator Chris Roberts announced that the roadmap to release will be revealed later this year while offering details on the state and future of the project and mentioning that 2023 was its best year ever.
It’s time once more for Star Citizen and Squadron 42 to turn in their respective book reports and regale followers with February development reports, and that means it’s also time for us to dig in.
graphics look amazing!
"The big actors that have been confirmed so far for Squadron 42 are: Mark Hamill, Gary Oldman, Henry Cavill, Gillian Anderson, John Rhys-Davis, Liam Cunningham, Mark Strong, Craig Fairbrass and Ben Mendelsohn."
yeah there's noway there will be any refund with 9 high paid actors on board. at least the team updates their content as often compared to that FFVII Remake. fact!!
I don't follow the game and I sort of expected them, given the astonishing budget, to invent a tech that would be nearly indistinguishable. Other companies with smaller budgets could then license the groundbreaking tech and catapult gaming as a whole that much further. Instead, while it looks good, still has uncanny valley all over it. Don't get me wrong, it looks good....I guess it's just really hard to actually drop my jaw now adays.
I'll be honest. I worked on photorealistic games, on the character art team, and this looks nothing close to what triple A games were putting out 3 years ago. Let alone in 2018. Very disappointing. The game looks amazing, and it might as well be a hell of a lot of fun, but character wise, even the generic CoD has done better than what I'm looking at.
someone needs to draw a line, they keep expending the game with no release date in sight, money keeps coming so they take their time with the game, this is a never ending loop of getting money and adding stuff.. you simply cant make the game do everything!
