They just purring everyrthing on the warzone map that's why single player is now some open world BS this game is legit DLC

I'll miss you properly structured single player campaign and the conclusion of the new mw story arc.

I'm one of the few who actually enjoy cod campaigns so gives me one less reason to buy this DLC

To me the cod campaigns represent the junk food guilty pleasure of gaming put a campaign on get pushed from waypoint to waypoint enjoy the story while blowing everything up it's a nice contrast to solving puzzles in Zelda or carefully planning my inventory in something like fallout it's just shoot shooty bang bang for 6 hours and a reason to simply turn your brain off like a Michael bay movie

Agreed. Not every game needs open levels with optional objectives.
In this day and age the "CoD rollercoaster" campaign became quite unique compared to most game releases.

Agree with the typical CoD campaign offering part ... CoD campaigns are my guily pleasure as well
Though I am not fan of the decision of labelling an MWII DLC as 'MWIII', instead of releasing MWIII as proper future standalone game ... I am slightly curious what they're doing with this campaign
Black Ops II & Infinite Warfare campaigns also had some varied choices ... but this 'MWIII' one might be far more wide open.
So, lets wait n see
But 70 bucks for a DLC is not a good idea

Yes. Linear games have always been short, fun puzzle games. To solve again and again to get used to the systems and player count. It's really irritating how linear has become a bad word amongst both critics and publishers.

Linear games are fun. Their scopes feel bigger because you get more than one location per game, unlike an open world, and the graphics in each level are better than in large open worlds. The Devs have to make more varied assets too. This is bad news for me as a Cod fan.

I'll see it when I believe it.

We'll see, ever since Warzone launched, thats been their focus with MP and SP being an afterthought.

That being said, the MW2 campaign was great with incredible graphics and voice acting.

Just a shame the store is full of nonsense like Snoop Dogg, Nicki Minaj, footballers, TV Show characters, literal cats and rats.
