It didn't take long, but the first reports of the new 65nm CPU / GPU (code named Falcon) overheating has just surfaced. Seen on the picture is a limited edition Xbox 360 Halo 3 edition. This system incorporates the rumored 65nm chipset.

Remember the media reaction when PlayStation wanted to shut down the PS3 store (but then kept it open)... where is that reaction here?
RIP Xbox 360 digital store and all its games.
It really grinds my gears that they are waiting till 10 days before closing to give the best discounts and the list as of now is 100 or less titles from the massive 360 library
I should have enough points by the weekend to get £25 credit off MS, (hardly ever spend money on xb1), might look at a few of these.
The Xbox 360 store was one of the only advantages the Xbox Series consoles had over the PS5. When I got my series X, I spent more playing Xbox 360 games vs current-gen Xbox games since that was the golden era for Xbox and several titles had enhancements such as 4k resolution and fps boost.
Closing this store will now only benefit the competition.
if I remember correct not every Halo 3 360 is 65nm, only the ones with different heatsink(lot 734 I think, without heatpipe)
[edit]some of the guys in the forum are making the same observation
Does that mean we have to wait for 45nm CPUs to come out?
The GPU is what is overheating not the CPU, also there is no official confirmation that these even have the new 65nm CPU!! You have to take off the heatsink and try and look at the CPU to know for sure.
Jeeez, will MS ever get this s**t sorted. Seriously, I mean come on!
Im going to wait at least another 6 months before thinking about a purchase.
wow this is weak, a picture is not proof, and until we can actually prove that every Halo Console has the chipset A FREAKING PICTURE MEANS NOTHING
