EVE Online to Launch in Japan this Fall

Today Nexon announced an agreement with CCP for the official distribution of EVE Online in Japan. The game will be fully localized in Japanese and the service is scheduled to open this fall.

On Topic: Not sure how MMO's do in a county that is so hell bent on playing their own products. (Monster Hunter and JRPGS)

I won't say it's too late. Square said that MMO's in japan are growing fast which is why they wanted some for steady income.

I think this is a good idea but i just can't tell if they'll like it or not.

The market for games like this is too over saturated to make a dent in other established games' player counts. Trying to start all over with a whole new multiplayer meta and grinding to get better is not feasible when there's already a ton of similar games that have come out before it.
